Mosa3ed lets a business connect its own WhatsApp number to an automated assistant that replies to customers in text and voice, books appointments, and captures customer details. WhatsApp connectivity uses an unofficial client library and must only be used to reply to customers who first contacted you (opt-in).
You are responsible for the instructions and content you give the assistant, and for complying with WhatsApp/Meta terms and Saudi anti-spam regulations. Unsolicited bulk messaging and unlawful content are prohibited.
Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Paid plans and credit bundles (where offered) are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices may change with prior notice.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of WhatsApp or of AI providers (language models, text-to-speech). We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent courts have jurisdiction.
