We comply with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations issued by the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
Business account data (email, business name), assistant settings and instructions, the phone numbers and messages of customers who message your WhatsApp number, and conversation text and voice-note transcriptions needed to run the assistant.
Data is processed to provide, improve and secure the service, on the basis of contract performance and legitimate interest. You (the business) are the controller of your customers' data; we act as a processor on your behalf.
Language-model provider (OpenRouter and its upstream providers), speech-to-text / text-to-speech provider (ElevenLabs), email delivery (Resend), and hosting on a private virtual server. Conversation text is sent to these only as needed to generate a reply.
Conversation history is kept only as needed to operate and can be cleared with the "/reset" command or from the dashboard. On account closure, data is deleted within a reasonable period unless retention is legally required.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, object, and port your data under the PDPL. Requests: support@mosa3ed.cc.
Some data may be processed by providers outside the Kingdom, subject to the safeguards required by the PDPL.
